What do the remorphy terms say about free credits?
A signed-out visitor gets one image. A new account then gets 15 credits once. Those credits do not refill each month and do not roll over.
These remorphy terms cover the Remorphy editor at remorphy.com. Prices are in US dollars. This version is dated 6 October 2026.
You upload a photo, write a prompt, pick a model, one of six styles, and an aspect ratio, then download the result. Results are not watermarked. The same models, styles, and ratios stay available on every plan.
You need the rights to the photo you upload and to the prompt you send. Remorphy does not take ownership of that photo or of the result. You may use a result in commercial work when the source photo and the prompt follow the content rules below.
A signed-out visitor can generate one image after a Cloudflare Turnstile check. That single use is tied to the IP address and a hash of the browser signal. The next attempt asks you to sign in with Google.
A new account receives 15 credits once. Those credits are separate from the signed-out image. That image stays with the browser cookie and is not copied into the account you create later.
The 15 free credits are granted once. They do not refill each month, and unused credits do not roll over. Basic is $12 a month for 300 credits, Pro is $29 a month for 750 credits, and Ultra is $59 a month for 5,000 credits.
A successful subscription payment sets the balance to that plan’s credits. It does not add them to credits already left. When the subscription ends, the balance is cleared. A failed renewal removes paid access and leaves the current balance in place until the subscription actually ends.
Both current models spend one credit. If a model spends more than one credit, that cost is shown before you generate. A free plan runs one generation at a time. A paid plan joins the priority queue and can run two generations at the same time.
If a generation times out, the model returns an error, or no image comes back, the credits for that attempt are returned and the record is marked failed. If you cancel after the model has accepted the job, the credits are not returned. Unused subscription credits are not refunded in cash.
Originals and results stay 7 days on a free plan and 30 days on a paid plan. The files are then deleted. The generation record and the credit ledger stay, and an expired row is labeled Expired.
The Remorphy acceptable use policy lists six prohibited kinds of content: sexual content, violence or gore, hate, child sexual abuse, impersonation or a deepfake of a real person, and copyright or trademark infringement. A matching prompt is refused before a credit is spent. The model provider can also refuse the result.
Subscriptions are charged in US dollars by credit card or debit card through Waffo. Remorphy does not offer local payment methods and does not store your card number. You open, change, or cancel a subscription from the management page linked on Remorphy pricing. Canceling stops the next charge. It does not refund the current period in cash.
The editor is provided as is and as available. Remorphy gives no express or implied warranty, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that a result will be accurate, available, or fit for your use.
A result can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. Do not treat it as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You review a result before you rely on it. Remorphy is not liable for how you use a result, or for a failure of Google or Black Forest Labs.
To the extent the law allows, Remorphy is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Remorphy's total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid Remorphy for the service in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law forbids them.
These terms last while you use the editor. If you break them or the Remorphy acceptable use policy, Remorphy may refuse the generation, delete the files, suspend or end your access, and report illegal activity where the law requires it. Ending access for a violation does not create a cash refund.
You can ask to close your account by emailing legal@remorphy.com from the email on the account. The Remorphy privacy policy states the 30-day handling time.
