Remorphy Acceptable Use

This remorphy acceptable use policy is the content rule for prompts and results on the Remorphy editor. It applies to every plan. This version is dated 6 October 2026.

Six prohibited kinds of content

Do not ask Remorphy to generate or edit any of these: sexual content, including pornography or other NSFW images; violence or gore; hate speech; child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving a minor; a deepfake or other impersonation of a real person, including a face swap of a real person; or content that infringes a copyright or trademark.

Changing an object in a photo you have rights to is allowed. Putting a real person's face on another body, or presenting a result as that person, is not. Adult sexual content is prohibited on every plan. There is no age-verified exception.

How a generation is checked

Before a credit is spent, the prompt is checked for these rules, including sexual content involving anyone under 18. That check includes a Waffo content-safety scan, and only an allow result continues. The upload is checked as a JPEG, PNG, or WebP file. Remorphy does not classify every pixel.

The model provider then applies its own safety check: Google for Nano Banana, and Black Forest Labs for Flux. If that check rejects the result, the image is not stored and the credits for that attempt are returned.

How to report a result

Email legal@remorphy.com. Include when the image was made and which rule you believe it breaks. Do not attach child sexual abuse material. Remorphy does not publish the reporter's name.

A report about child sexual abuse is read first. Other reports get a first look within 7 calendar days and a decision within 30 calendar days. A false report can itself lead to refused access.

What happens after a violation

Remorphy may refuse the generation, delete the files, suspend or end access, and report illegal activity, including child sexual abuse, where the law requires it. Ending access for a violation does not create a cash refund.

If you think a refusal or closure was wrong, reply to legal@remorphy.com within 14 calendar days. Remorphy reviews that appeal within 30 calendar days.

Questions

Which six kinds of content does the remorphy acceptable use policy ban?

Sexual content, violence or gore, hate speech, child sexual abuse, impersonation or a deepfake of a real person, and copyright or trademark infringement.

Where do I report a result?

Email legal@remorphy.com with the time of the image and the rule it breaks. Do not attach illegal images of minors.

What happens if a prompt breaks these rules?

The generation is refused before a credit is spent. Remorphy may also delete files and end access. A model-provider rejection returns the credits and does not keep the image.
