Remorphy Refund
This page restates the credit-return rules in the Remorphy terms. It does not add a separate cash-refund program.
When credits come back
If a generation times out, the model returns an error, or no image comes back, the credits for that attempt are returned and the history row is marked failed. A prompt stopped by the content check never reaches the model, so it is not charged.
When credits are not returned
If you cancel after the model has accepted the job, the credits are not returned. Unused monthly subscription credits do not roll over and are not refunded in cash. Ending or canceling a subscription stops the next charge; it does not refund the current period in cash.
Packs and subscriptions
One-time credit packs add to your balance and stay until you spend them. A subscription payment sets the monthly subscription credit pool for that plan without clearing unused pack credits. When a subscription ends, unused subscription credits clear; unused pack credits remain.
